All mailing houses assure their customers of their best intentions to meet demanding deadlines. A few mailing houses even have the same level of quality assurance certification. However, to the best of our knowledge no other mailing house in the UK offers a guarantee that your mailing will go out on time. SOLO Mailing Services is dedicated to providing the support you need, exactly when you need it.

SOLO Mailing Services warrants that your mailing will be posted on or before the agreed date or no charge will be made for any service provided by SOLO for that job.

This guarantee does not apply to postage or envelopes provided by SOLO which will be charged at the agreed rates.

This guarantee does not apply if the cause of any late posting is due to circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances may include (but are not limited to) riots, acts of war, acts of terrorism, postal strikes or delays in collecting mail, mechanical failure of equipment (supported by engineer's report), power outages, floods or other natural disasters.

To be eligible for this guarantee all data and materials for a job must be received by the date and time specified on our job specification. All receipts for materials are date stamped by SOLO upon arrival and are available for inspection by customers.
