Our warehouse provides flexible storage for products, printed materials, packaging and project stock, whether it’s being held for ongoing fulfilment or simply waiting for the next stage of your project.

But we’re more than somewhere to leave a pallet. We can receive your goods, check them in, manage your stock and get items where they need to go.

Storage that works around your project

Some stock stays with us as part of an ongoing fulfilment service. Other materials may only need to be stored while a project is underway.

Either way, we’ll agree what you need and manage the stock accordingly.

From products and printed materials to packaging, literature and palletised stock, we regularly store a wide range of items for our customers. Before anything arrives, we’ll look at the space and handling requirements so we know exactly what’s needed.

When your stock arrives

You don’t need to be here waiting for the lorry.

We can receive deliveries on your behalf, unload goods and check quantities against the information provided. Once everything has been checked in, your stock is recorded, allocated a storage location and made ready for the next stage of your project.

If anything arrives damaged or doesn’t match what we’re expecting, we’ll let you know and can provide photographs where needed.

Once everything is checked in, we’ll confirm receipt and keep the stock ready until it’s required.

More than pallet storage

Our warehouse supports a wide range of ongoing projects and fulfilment work.

We store everything from skincare and water-saving products to printed materials, packaging and larger equipment.

Stock may be picked and packed for individual customer orders, used as part of a mailing or fulfilment project, or sent onwards in larger quantities to another location.

That’s why we prefer to understand what happens to your stock next, rather than simply allocating a space and forgetting about it.

Keeping track of your stock

We’ll record stock movements and keep track of items as they’re received, used or despatched.

The way stock is managed will depend on your project and requirements. We can work alongside your existing ordering platform where appropriate, and provide stock information or reports whenever you need them.

The important bit is simple: when you need to know what’s here, we’ll be able to tell you.

Deliveries, collections and onward despatch

For ongoing projects, stock can also move directly into our Pick & Pack service, allowing us to store, pick, pack and despatch orders from the same location.

Need a little more room?

Our main warehouse is supported by additional offsite storage when required, giving us greater flexibility for larger volumes or changing project requirements.

Because the additional storage is close to SOLO, stock can still be accessed when needed and moved between locations as part of the agreed process.

We’ll always consider the volume, type of stock and how frequently it needs to be accessed before agreeing the best storage arrangement.
